Puppies

Well, pretty soon we should have our newest editions to our family. Soon being sometime this week. We are as ready as we can be.

"When are the puppies going to be here?" "Mommy, did the puppies come yet?" "Are they here yet?" "What's taking sooooo long?" I get bombarded with these questions as soon as the girls get up. Usually fifty times, ok well maybe not that many, in about an hour. This is the before school thing at the moment. Trying not to growl and be snarky, because the first awake has to start asking as I'm pouring my first cup of coffee (no matter how early I wake up), "When they get here. No. No. And why don't you ask them what's taking so long? They are probably all nice and comfy right where they are."

Now Baby is my one who is quite literal. She will look at me with the "huh?" look and then go an ask Rosie's tummy what's taking so long. Then she will tell the puppies to hurry up because she wants to see them NOW!

For right now, the puppies are the big thing going on and everyone's excited about them. I'm wondering how excited they will be when the pups start chewing on everything with their little razor-sharp teeth.
